  • Mandatory Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting customercare@cutputt.com.
  • Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
