You have the right to return products purchased from cutputt.com without penalty. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:

 

RETURN WINDOW

For regular-priced items, returns must be initiated within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received your products.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The right of return is deemed correctly exercised only when the following conditions are fully met:

  • The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged.
  • All original labels and tags must remain attached to the product(s).
  • The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging. Kits or sets must be returned in their entirety with all original components.
  • All items from a single order must be sent back in a single delivery. CutPutt reserves the right to reject products from a single order that are returned at different times.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • CutPutt Responsibility: We will cover shipping fees and provide a full refund only if the return is due to an error by CutPutt (e.g., manufacturing defects, essential characteristics not as promised, or incorrect items delivered). In these cases, please contact us immediately by email.

 

REFUND PROCESS

  • Timeline: Once we confirm that the returned items meet our conditions, refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will receive a notification once the processing is complete.

 

NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS

If your return does not comply with the terms set above:

  • You will not be entitled to a refund.
  • You may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense in the condition they were received by us.
  • If you do not wish to receive the products back, CutPutt shall be entitled to withhold both the products and the sums already paid.
